Understanding Order Statuses

Order status represents the state of the order. The colour codes to the right are used both on the website and in the mobile app.

  • Recommended — FeedFlo recommends this order, but it hasn’t been submitted to the feed mill system yet.
  • Scheduled — The order is upcoming and has been submitted.
  • Shipped — (Only used if FeedFlo is integrated with the mill). The order is on its way.
  • Delivered — The truck delivered the feed. Barns can auto-mark this based on time, or it can be updated manually.
  • Cancelled — Use this if the order was cancelled; it stays visible for records.
  • Mixed — One delivery is in a different status than others in the same order.
