Bin Checks are essential for keeping your FeedFlo sensors accurate. Whether you're using the FeedFlo mobile app or logging in through the website, here's how to enter Bin Checks properly so your system stays calibrated.
When needed, the Status Screen of your barn will show a Calibration card at the top of the screen, prompting you to perform a Bin Check.
Tap on the green button (may say “Bin Level Reset” or “Bin Level Calibration”)
Select the Method a. Click the green ? button for more information if you are unsure
If you’re entering a Bin Check from earlier, click on the date/time and update it
Enter the estimated levels for all the bins connected to the sensors you are calibrating e.g. bins 1 and 2 in the screenshot belong to the same tandem so you would enter values for both
Tap Create
Once you enter Bin Checks for all bins being monitored by FeedFlo, the card disappears.
